This notice serves to inform industry partners that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will host an Industry Day on Monday, February 23, 2026.

The preliminary agenda for this event is attached to this notice for your review and planning purposes.

Further logistical details, including information regarding registration, venue, and final scheduling, will be posted to SAM.gov website as they become available.

All interested parties are encouraged to monitor SAM.gov for future announcements and updates concerning this event.

We request that you reserve this date on your calendar and look forward to your potential participation.



Below are the updates for the industry date:
  1. All vendor’s should RSVP by February 17, 2026 by sending an email to following the government POCs: Kenya.Thomas@fda.hhs.gov, Shailesh.Shah@fda.hhs.gov, Lilibeth.Deato@fda.hhs.gov, and Minjie.Zeng@fda.hhs.gov. The email tile should be "Registration: Industry Day for FDA Contact Center Optimization". 
  2. Supplementary materials regarding parking arrangements and FDA visitor guidelines are attached for your reference.
  3. The dress code for this event is business formal. Each company or organization may send a maximum of two representatives. Vendors are responsible for arranging their own lodging accommodations.
  4. All identification and security requirements are detailed in the attached FDA Visitor Information documentation.
  5. A coffee service vendor will be available on-site near the meeting room for beverages.


Ground rules during Q&A

Office of Operations February 23, 2026
1. Vendors must identify their name and company name before asking a single question. One follow-up question will be allowed if time permits.
2. Each question-and-answer exchange is limited to 2-3 minutes combined. If necessary, the FDA facilitator has the option to cut-off the question.
3. Government will not answer any questions on proprietary information, promise awards, indicate a preferred vendor, discuss source selection criteria in details or
reveal budget-sensitive/acquisition-sensitive information.
4. Responses provided during Industry Day do not constitute official answer. Only written responses to formal questions submitted through proper channels are
binding.
5. FDA representatives will determine which questions can be answered immediately versus those requiring written follow-up, and the government reserves the
right to decline answering questions that are premature, inappropriate, or outside the scope.
6. All questions and answers will be shared with all attendees through post-event summaries or in real-time, and the session will be recorded and transcribed for
documentation purposes.
7. Q&A content may be incorporated into a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document to provide ongoing guidance to all potential vendors.
8. All Industry Day information, including Q&A content, is provided for general guidance only and does not amend or modify the official solicitation document, with
unanswered questions held for written response after the event.
