CYPHER FORGE INDUSTRY DAY:

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Tactical Technology Office (TTO) is sponsoring an Industry Day to provide information to potential proposers on the objectives of
the Cyber Physical System Executing in Real Time (CyPhER) Forge program in advance of a planned Program Solicitation (PS). This event provides a valuable forum for attendees to gain
insights into the CyPhER Forge objectives, network with colleagues, and to engage with subject matter experts.

Industry Day is scheduled for January 22, 2026, at the Amentum Kennan Conference Room located at 4121 Wilson Blvd Suite 200, Arlington, VA 22230, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Eastern Time (ET).

SECURITY INFORMATION:

Upon entry to the event, all attendees will be required to present Government-issued photo identification that is compliant with the REAL ID Act of 2005, and an acceptable proof of U.S.
citizenship or permanent resident status (Green Card holders). Examples may include:
- State-issued driver’s license, or,
- U.S. passport, or,
- U.S. Permanent Resident card, or,
- Copy of birth certificate.
See https://www.darpa.mil/policy/visitor-information for additional information on
identification requirements for entry.

SECURITY INFORMATION:
Industry Day will be held at the Unclassified level and is open to U.S. Citizens and U.S.
Permanent Residents (Green Card holders), representing U.S. companies only

Advance registration is required (see “Registration Information”). Check-in will start at 7:00a.m. ET. Attendees should plan to arrive early to allow for additional time to check-in.

The day's schedule will include dedicated time slots, such as during the lunch break and in the late afternoon, specifically designed to allow for teaming opportunities and discussions with other
attendees.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

CyPhER Forge aims to revolutionize defense test and evaluation (T&E) by breaking the direct link between physical system complexity and test duration.

The program seeks to reduce required test points by an order of magnitude for developmental systems through two (2) core innovations:

1. A real-time digital twin incorporating multi-physics-informed surrogate modeling, uncertainty quantification, and continuous data assimilation.

2. An artificial intelligence (AI) test agent that provides statistical safety guarantees,
applies the twin to identify novel knowledge-maximizing test protocols, and plan and execute testing with machine precision.

The integrated digital twin and AI test agent, called a Cyber Physical System Executing in Real Time (CyPhER), will be an automated, adaptive, end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis
solution operating in real time that directly addresses major drivers of modern T&E timelines.

CyPhER Forge will culminate in the demonstration of an accelerated flight sciences test campaign using an instrumented, experimental aircraft as the primary validation platform.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Advanced registration is required and can be completed through the Industry Day registration website at https://creative.spa.com/darpa/tto/cypherforge/industryday
Due to space limitations of the conference facility, attendance is restricted to the first 130 registrants with a maximum of three (3) registrants per business entity. Interested parties are
encouraged to coordinate attendance internally within their organizations prior to registration.

NOTE: Before individuals transmit Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or other sensitive data to DARPA, it is recommended to apply appropriate physical, administrative, and technical
protocols to safeguard your privacy. DARPA will secure all received PII and sensitive personal data in a controlled environment and protect it from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration deadline on January 16, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. ET.

The DARPA eForm 60 (see “Security Information”) is also due on January 16, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. ET.

TEAMING OPPORTUNITIES:

DARPA hosts Industry Days to promote teaming arrangements between researchers; provide potential performers with information on whether and how they might respond to the
Government’s research and development solicitations; and to increase efficiency in proposal preparation and evaluation. Therefore, Industry Days are open only to registered potential
proposers. To maximize the pool of innovative proposal concepts, DARPA strongly encourages participation in these events and subsequent solicitations by non-traditional performers,
including small businesses, academic and research institutions, and first-time Government contractors.

A list of registrant contact information will be made available to attendees following the Industry Day to facilitate interchange among interested proposers. The registration website will
ask registrants to indicate whether they approve distribution of their contact information.Potential participants are strongly encouraged to use this Industry Day as an opportunity to
identify and assemble highly capable teams by connecting with organizations and individuals whose experience and qualifications align with the technical goals of CyPhER Forge.

The program anticipates composite teams that combine expertise from both academic institutions and industry partners.
